Dirty Tumblrs
Recently I started following a few dirty (NSFW, if you will) Tumblrs and it has done wonders for me. First, there are the beautiful, serendipitous, lady parts that show up on my dashboard throughout the day. A very welcome interruption.
Secondly, because of said ladyparts, I’m more hesitant to check Tumblr at my desk, and thus more productive during the day.
Win. Win.
Canon 60D vs 7D
It’s hard finding any good info through Google search. Right now I have a T1i and I’m looking to upgrade. I like some of the video capabilities with the 60D, but first and foremost I’ll be shooting stills. I’d love to hear what you think.
Anyone have any thoughts on these two cameras?
The Daily's Pricing Problems
The Daily should have never launched their “subscription based” publication for free the first two weeks. I haven’t talked with anyone who’s been using it that is willing to pay the the content. When Wired launched, out of curiosity, people downloaded the app like crazy. Since the launch, their sales have been declining. The same thing will happen to The Daily, and...

I’ve waited with much anticipation for the launch of The Daily, and expectedly, it’s underwhelming.
First off, the UI chrome never goes away. Never. That’s what makes the iPad special. Whatever you’re doing the device becomes that thing. It becomes a map, a picture frame, a book, but on The Daily, you’re never holding the article, you’re holding the app....

Today I was struck with a wave of inspiration and excitement around a possible web project. I formed some thoughts this morning, made some sketches at lunch and photoshopped some good things this afternoon.
